Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling A report at 1.54pm on Tuesday 3 March in Alexandra Street, Kirkby in Ashfield, of kitchen and lounge windows of a property being smashed and items stolen. Burglary Other Nothing to Report Theft of motor vehicle Between 6.25pm and 6.41pm on Saturday 28 February in the Ashfield Precinct, Kirkby in Ashfield, a black Honda PCX 125 motorbike was stolen from the Morrisons Supermarket car park. It was found burnt out in a field behind Beacon Drive and Coxmoor Lodge. Theft from motor vehicle Nothing to report Theft Nothing to Report Robbery Around 6.50pm on Saturday 28 February at McColl’s on Walesby Drive, Kirkby in Ashfield, a white male, 6-05”, stocky build, big beard, tattoo on one hand, age 30/40.years, wearing a black puffer jacket and black trousers, came into the store and attempted to leave with a case of beer without paying, When challenged he punched a member of staff. ASB At 5.34pm on Friday 27 February in Annesley Road, Annesley Woodhouse, a report of fly-tipping, south bound from Junction 27 of the M1 at an entrance on the left hand side near the woods. An old burgundy red van (possibly a Ford Transit) and a silvery blue car with two white males, one with a bald head wearing a white puffer jacket the second in a discoloured old yellow high viz. jacket. They were dumping what looked like buffalo type bags or sand bags. At 10.06am on Wednesday 4 March in Chapel Road, Selston, a report of an off road bike being ridden up and down the alleyway at the side of Selston High School.
